I've heard that ranking in BING is a little easier and has more permanence with people do BH SEO.

Does Google EVER ban your sites with lite BlackHat backlinks? I'm somewhat new to hb seo.

Do not wish to mislead you but they - do what they want - how they like - then to compound the felony - they have ToS that are so vague that only Albert Einstein could understand and of course he ain't around anymore

Yes, as seen with what google is doing wo the ALN network of blogs, entire sites can be entirely deindexed.
