does Google easily remove a blogger blogs that use custom domains ?

I have been curious about this, if I use my own domain on a blogger blog will that decrease the chance of a blog getting removed, like maybe a low quality/content one ?

No, if it's going to be removed because of a "Low Quality" issue it's going to happen whether you have your domain connected or not.

I am not clear why google deletes any blogspot...I have several blogs with low quality content, mainly used backliank, never got deleted but one blog with quality content with good UVs got deleted due to breaking their TOS. I can't understand which TOS I broke

Yes, using custom domain will save your blog from getting deleted or being flagged as spam.

To answer your question, no Google doesn't favour blogger blogs when it comes to quality.

i'm pretty sure using custom domain your blog won't be deleted by blogger. I'm not saying about google search ranking. Search rank depends on blog quality.
