Hello! I own an Off-Grid SHTF homesteading website and I cannot help but feel like Google disfavors this type of content.

Is Google left-wing liberal anti-gun? If so, would they throttle down my niche??

I know that youtube and facebook are censoring lots of conspiracy theorists and favoring leftists and liberals. They are actively de-monetizing people that talk about SHTF and even preppers.

Has anyone else experienced a Google throttling over their topic?

Yes, I have a site in this niche and you might be right. Censorship baby!

I can't confirm if this is still true but I've read that Google throttles adult niche related websites

Yes, they do. Same as Twitter. And they are exposing themselves so much these days.

I don't wanna get into politics, but there is no way around it. I just give you one short example, which clearly shows something is wrong:

Donald Trump gets removed from Twitter for "safety reasons" after people went into the Capitol what mainstream media blames him for. Think about this whatever you want. I don't want to judge it and I don't care.

At the same time, there are several "activists" for example those BLM leaders or even high-ranked politicians, which are promoting this rioting or even worse: "Defund the police" stuff, which is FAR more dangerous for EVERY citizen. Why are they not getting removed?

I am not living there. I am not left, right, up or down, nothing, but from an outside perspective, it just seems so obvious there is a certain agenda.

And politics is not the only example. The pandemic is another example.

Doctors, virologists, etc. are getting BANNED on YouTube, because they are making videos about the virus. Now you ask: Why are these guys on YouTube in the first place and not on national TV? Well, because they are not getting invited to TV shows or debates. In other words: They are getting shadowbanned.

It is a terrible fucking situation for everyone who is into making money online because they are slowly censoring and restricting the internet.

I'm apolitical but you're right. Well said, bro.

Yes, I've too had my doubts for a similar niche

Of course they do throttle several niches.

It's official too. For example, "YMYL" topics gotta jump through all sorts of hoops.

Short answer? YES

The 'strictness' takes different forms.

For example: E-A-T is 'tighter' for certain niches than others

As mentioned earlier, YMYL niches get more scrutiny from the algo than others
