The reason I ask is a few days ago I wrote up an article, seo'd and placed it on USFREEADS. Within 2 days it was in the number 2 position on page 1. But now just 2 days later it doesn't seem to be listed in google at all?

What's going on?

It's just one of the mysteries of Google. Pages like that jump all the time for little known reason.

You got it right, i have a blog which is automatically updated by a article publishing site and my blog got deindexed by google

I regularly use USfreeads. Very often, my pages jump in at a high rank, then a few days later they are gone from google's index. Be patient, in every case my USfreeads page has returned to the index within 48 hours.

I think I said before on the forums ( will repeat if need ) ,.... crawling a page by G spyder is not means this page will be indexed , even after the indexing process was done , here it's nothing like a guarantee this page will be in the index forever . This process of adding/deleting date's on G' index it's usually happens often , sometime even hourly if the information's which are display on the index need to be updated . Like official's from G' said before '' the index is build and maintain to help peoples for searches '' so ... try and build yourself sites ( pages ) which can be considered useful for the users not for the search engines .... :)

Ah...the big G dance. I feel your pain. I put up two ezinearticles within a day of each other and backlinked both articles with exactly the same links. Both articles made it to page 1 and one of the articles is still there on page 1. The other article has vanished completely from the index for two days in a row now. Although the articles are on different topics, there was very little difference in the style of article I submitted, so who the hell knows why this crap happens. I doesn't make any sense and quite honestly I'm not sure a Google employee would be able to make sense of it either.
