Does google chrome profile is ok with proxy?

The main difference between an anti-detect browser and Chrome is that in an anti-detect browser each profile is fully isolated. All fingerprint data is separate for each profile. In Chrome, you can only replicate this environment by using separate profiles, meaning creating a new profile for each activity (not just opening a new tab). There are plenty of YouTube guides on how to configure Chrome and use it like an anti-detect browser. The main advantage is that it’s free and all data is stored locally rather than in the anti-detect browser’s cloud, which makes it safer.

To be honest, you should definitely use an anti-detect browser. The main reason is that most mobile proxies have an Android fingerprint by default. This means you need to adjust your browser fingerprint to match Android — otherwise you'll get a TCP/IP fingerprint mismatch between your browser and the proxy.

If your mobile proxy allows you to change the passive OS fingerprint to Windows, you could do that. But honestly, you're better off using an anti-detect browser directly — it offers additional important benefits to prevent your proxy from being detected.

Anti-detect browsers are definitely safer than Chrome profiles for fingerprinting. Highly recommend investing in one!

Chrome extensions alone don’t give real fingerprint separation. Native Chrome profiles help a bit, but they’re not enough for platforms like LinkedIn or Reddit, which use deeper fingerprinting. Anti-detect browsers exist, but none are “undetectable” they just reduce overlap. Using a different proxy per browser/profile is common, but fingerprint consistency and behavior matter more than the proxy itself.

Chrome profiles won't work, fingerprint is shared between them.
Use antidetect - AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, Multilogin etc.
