Does google bots translate websites?

Translate it, rewrite it a little bit and call it a day. I’ve seen spun content rank so a translated and then rewritten article should do the job just fine.

I don't think so (while I could be wrong). I searched for a topic related to Islam on Google, in English. Other website appeared. But then, I used Google translate, search for the same term, but in Arabic language and text, and another website appeared.

site with full articles that i translated from English to foreign language, traffic around 200 on GSC

could be affected if i add more articles and backlinks regularly, but there is no guarantee,
i didn't improve anything on this site since last year, so no articles update and backlinks
