I have a domain with trademark in its name. It is like [TM]Help.com so for e.g. you can say OracleHelp.com.
If I create a blog on this domain and then apply for AdSense, do you think Google will approve? Or they never approve any website having TM name?

Even if you get approved for adsense, it will cause legal issues in future.

No, they are not going to approve if its a registered trademark in USA. I have tried it as noob. Not sure now.

One more thing after getting traffic, my domain was suspended by the registrar.

I have this domain for almost an year now and so far no issues. I listed it for sale on some platforms and it got approved and also ran parking ads for a couple of months. Although afternic didn't approve it due to TM issue. I think it is not worth the trouble to spend time on this domain and creating blog, only to find out two months later that AdSense won't be approved.

I had one, and after 6 months I received a cease and desist letter from a big attorney firm in NYC - no we wish to buy it, just shut it down or else.

there is a 50/50 chance on this . if you have authentic and good traffic then google may approve .Though if the 1st party of Tm object in future then your domain could be blaclisted from google

Legal issues can demolish a website so all work done on it will be nullified.

That might be the least of your problems, but to the core of your question: No, it is not a factor.

>You can use a trademark(TM) name with good traffic google may or may not approve.Even If they approve it will cause issues in the future. This is not a worthy business and you won't get a profit.

>Maybe,Adsence only reviews your content, not the domain name. But,Using the brand name and Trandmark without their permission is a violation.
