Does Google and apple allow ai chatbots with adult content

Want to launch and Ai girlfriend app, the app will contain photos of semi clothed pics say like bikini pics, but not fully nude pics with private parts.

Does app store and play store allow that?

Also since stripe and PayPal might not allow it, does anyone know of payment processors that do? Thx
