Does google adwords 500$ actually works?

I have been try to use purchased google adwords 500$ threshold account to create campaign.
But i have few question. I bought it came with dummy campaign with daily running budget 10 $. But the campaign is only geting few clicks . I create my own campaign then problem is showing up. The ads are notshowing
I dont know Why my ads are not showing. The keywords that i use have high search volume. And nothing wrong with configuration with campaign. I even contact google support with issues. All i get reply is wait for another 24-48 hours. Is there any tricks to run the threshold account? I am Looking for advice? Thank you very much .
 
Advertise on BHW
Ask the person who sold you the account. They will probably know how to use their accounts the best. Also, sometimes it takes a bit of time for ads to start showing.

To give you an example, I started a new gAds campaign 2 days ago on a theshold account. It took almost a day before I started to see any traffic to my landing page.

Give it a day, patience grasshopper :)

Also...I probably wouldn't contact google ask them for help, might not want to bring un-wanted attention to the account.
 
Sometimes Google ads approved ads and it would take some days for learning
Mostly 2-5 days
 
I got like traffic within a few hours but then again I am not skilled in creating ad campaigns so might've chosen broad keywords.

The ads was ok . But i am stuck with Ads running schedule... Actually i dont see any clicks from the campaign. Is there anyway to speed up learning

I have been run with ads for a while already... But i think there must be something different between regular account and threshold account .
 
Kinda having the same issue, my ads was shown for a day and then after that I got no more clicks or impressions

Yes, threshold accounts are a little bit different when compared to normal accounts. You have to be careful with threshold accounts. If you're not getting any clicks as of now, wait for a day. If you still don't receive any clicks, there might be something that has triggered a manual review. What is the daily budget of the campaign?

ask the seller from whom you brought the account, he's the best person to answer this.

It occurs from time to time, generally the campaign resumes 2-3 days after. But sometimes it never resumes, meaning your account has been flagged. So just wait a few days and advise
 
Could there be a problem with the domain you use in the advertisement? Maybe it has been used many times before
 
This could be a good thing because adwords will eat your bank account alive when traffic really starts flowing.
 
I had this problem when i try to schedule the ads for particular time. but it worked when there was no time schedule. May be wait few days or try to remove time schedules
 
Paused a campaign, restarted it yesterday. Still no traffic. Looks like a goldmine when done correctly though.
 
You have to give google time to recognize your campaign.

Sometimes you'll see that its paused and not working but its just Google trying to figure everything out.
