Does getting a subscribers straight from video changes anything?

I'm wondering if getting subscribers from video(not from channel page) affects the video rankings or makes subscribers look more real to youtube's eyes.
If it is then is there a service which provides it?

Yes, if a user subscribes from watching your video YouTube weighs this heavily as a ranking factor. It's a big rank boost. Not aware of any services.

I see,what about vagex then?Even though, for some reason, you get a small fraction of subs on your channel then it is claimed by vagex if sub comes from the video it may be worth it
