If my backlink on a site was a smaller font, does that affect it?
Are you 100%? Some studies I've been doing on my sites says otherwise, however I hope you're right.
I would assume not. But perhaps excessively small, I mean tiny, fonts may be devalued as they could be seen to be being 'hidden'.
The only case this would be a possibility is if you did forum comments and put your link within heading <h1> </h1> tags. Apparently these carry more weight.
YES IT DOES! SO USE HUGE FUCKING TEXT TO LINK TO YOUR PAGE!
ALSO, USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS SO GOOGLE NOTICES THAT YOUR LINK IS THERE!
Font size doesn't affect the backlink but being in H1, H2, Bold, Strong DOES impact your backlink.
people are confusing linkjuice and onpage seo impact;
H1 has impact on the keyword for that page, not in passing link juice. Same goes for bolding text.
Y'all have clearly forgotten the heygoogledontforgettojuicethislink="yes" attribute in the <a> tag...
