will they follow back??

i need around like 20 followers in approx 6-7 hours... to set up an alt acc..

is it a legit free wway??

You can try, anyway, its gonna take less than 5 minutes to follow, and wait for a few hours. Also, there are hashtags like #follow4follow which are for this specific reason.

yes.. but im also scared of getting blocked..

Put a hot young woman's pictures on profile and posts, will get follow back doesn't matter which country.
I created few twitter accounts male and female with pics from this person dosent exists. All-female accounts gets follow back, man accounts not so much. I assume the same goes for insta.
 
Use the tags(#follow4follow, etc..) on your own posts, it will show up on the tags feed, others will start following you for a follow back.

I don't have a yes or no answer for you, try it out. If you afraid of getting blocked just buy an account for a few cents from bhw marketplace.
 
Create a profile with a name and dp of a hot girl. Comment on popular female celebrity profiles. Like comments of other men. This drives traffic to your profile as many of them want to check out who you are.
 
Any specific reason you wish to get a follow back from Indians? I have a Instagram page targetting Indians, maybe we could work out.

i honestly just wanna have around like 20 followers... (more would be better obv) to make an alt acc look believeable

He's right just pick pretty or sexy woman from that website I am very sure you will get followers quite quick at least 20 I tried it before and by adding a woman picture I got I think like 50 within 2 weeks compared to a man at most 10
