As title says... is this still effective as long as targeting those in similar niche? What limits would you suggest to use these days?

Working with restrictions, and getting costly unless you have your own setup

Yes, it is working and we are doing 100 to 150/day.

Thanks... would you only recommend that on an aged account? And how long on a new account to start that?

Any services you would recommend?

What restrictions do you mean?

Yes it's working. I'm using it frequently

Do you mind giving some numbers?

Ie, how many follow / unfollow a day, and what % roughly are you seeing follow back?

Works like a charm. Use it to grow an audience between 5-10k then go organic from there with good content.
200 follows per day is what everyone claims but I stick to 150 follows. But I also do other low impact actions like liking posts and occasionally commenting.
Do remember do not unfollow at the same speed as you follow because Instagram hates unfollows. After every 3 days just unfollow 30-50 people.

Thanks for your post. I got some good information on this method. Thank you everyone.

Yes, it works. I am doing great results with my company IG.

What sort of follow back % are you seeing?

And if you're following 150 a day, but only unfollowing 30-50 every 3 days, aren't you ending up following way more than you have followers?

I follow hot chicks everyday, and unfollow those that don't follow me back :D

It's difficult for me to calculate follow back rate as I am not just following. I'm doing other actions as well so there's no way to track if they came from following them or liking one of their posts.

Many members here are already doing this.
