Does fiverr gigs exchange works?

I have seen many people talks about fiverr gigs but never heard from them how does it working for them. If you are brand new and exchange like 20 fiverr gigs ! does it work for you? Does it give you some ranking or some sales?

Also tell me what type of gigs i should provide ( i can outsource ) which doesn't get too negative feedback ?
