Does FB Messenger or Whatsapp blast exist?

Any information are greatly appreciated.

Whatsapp blast exist, but it is hard to find a good one that don't get you banned, tried severals but still can't find which one is the best one, I run SMS blast for indonesia gambling niche and FB Ads, still trying to find other way of marketing for it. Not sure about FB Messenger though, havent heard of that.
