Does FB allow VCC(virtual credit card) or DEBIT CARD for advertising?

I'm thinking of going to a new route on FB, using their PPC Advertising Platform, since I've heard their CPC is way lower than Adwords and is very profitable if you have a good market, I wanted to know if they accept VCC or Debit Cards(from Visa/Mastercard/American Express)?

Also, I'm thinking of using a voucher first, then deal with real money, to test out things at first, my question is if I use a voucher one time, can I use one again?
If not, what solutions do I have? Open a new account with a new CC and apply a new voucher?

Also, if anyone has any tips to offer me regarding this field, you are more than welcome I'm a complete noob when it comes to PPC

@OP: you can setup accounts with vcc's but facebook will ban the accounts.
Most vouchers you can only use once.
Sometimes there are vouchers that you can use with several accounts but i don't know any at the moment.

You can use debit cards no problem.

Shit, that sucks, so I guess CC is the only option, as well as debit cards right?

One more thing, I searched in Google and saw the note on FB page(made several months ago) that FB now supports Paypal as a payment option, but there are several people who say this is not possible and they haven't found this option in their Ads Manager, I must create an account to verify this myself, anyone who has an advertising account can verify this? CAN WE PAY THROUGH PAYPAL???

yes, you can use paypal.
but only verified.
unverified paypals will get your account banned as well.
