Does fake traffic help to boost serp in 2015?

Hi, i was wondering if fake traffic still help to boost your website's serp? I was planning to use hitleap traffic or some other traffic exchange site to increase my site's serp. I'm not really planning to get clicks from them on my ads, so im probably going to disable adsense before running it. Do you think it will help me get a higher ranking? or its just a waste?

i think it's depends,
if you are using something like hitleap, the answer is no,

but if you using somting like semalt.com, then the answer is yes.

Dont waste your money mate. Do proper keyword research, Onpage optimization, some backlinks and youre good to go.

Only adwords traffic, not because of traffic, but because you'll be making Google lots of juicy cash.

Will not help you with ranking at all. Might even hurt by increasing your bounce rate.

It can be do help little bit. If the site is getting a lot of visitors, Google will value the site more than low population ones.

Fake traffic is not good for adsense. Google adsense detects fake traffic and can ban ads on your site.
