I tried to running similar setting campaign, with 100% similar ads.

The only different is the type of ads that I use.

First is boost your post.

And the other one is send people to your website.

And the result is..

Bunch of post likes per hour on my ads post. But fewer web/ads clicks.
As you can see 20K+ post likes I have received. If I don't pause my campaign, I think it will get 40-50K of likes lol.

Did FB use bot to produce likes? Or did FB system, have a special algo to detect this type of person A like to "like" random ads post on FB, so FB will showed the ads to him, or if this type of person B like to click the ads instead of like the post, so FB will showed the ads to him too.

??

I don't think Facebook is dumb enough to produce likes. It's a hundred billion dollar company. So why does FB has to do this? If yes, it would be in the news right away.

It's been a long time ago. FB price has been skyrocketed since then. I still think they're not dumb enough to do this kind of stuff. No one this big will risk their entire business for just a little money.
There was a thread here a while ago with an article saying they use bots to click ads so you spend more money on ads. Not sure how true it is. Here is an old Forbes article, might be the same one from the thread:

A little money? Facebook has over 2 million advertisers. If on average you screw each advertiser 10$ (which cannot be noticed at all) that's another 20 million dollars for doing nothing. Now imagine the numbers if you multiply that figure and do this every month.

Ofc they are, they can do what they want, who is going to stop them?

i also create like campaign.i got lot of likes but it looks fake to me.i saw no activity by the fans...fb ads are useless.
