Direct linking to what? CPA offers? If so, I highly doubt it.

I agree with Moto801, a sandwich page would probably be your best bet. However, we need more info on what you're trying to link directly to in order to better answer your question(s).

Facebook is the most strict advertising network, certainly they will not allow that and even if u get a domain that redirects to the offer, the odds that they will still reject it are so high. They almost reject every offer.

I second this. Facebook's PPC program is a joke IMO.

why do people think there PPC program is bad? Its actually quite good.
