Does facebook catch VPS ip's easily?

is it safe to create a new fb account for fb ads through a Virtual Private Server company? i read a post saying facebook find out VPS ip's easily and ban u but not sure if true

does anyone know

private internet access = vpn. so ur saying vpn is better than vps? i would think it is not becuz its just all recycled ip's that other ppl use.

If you want accounts, I would just but them from someone reputable and ask for accounts created in the same area/country as you. It's easier and some are aged so its better.

VPN - Private network
VPS -Private servver.

Way easier to go with entire network but i don't think you will have problems with facebook by using VPN
