Does facebook blacklist your site after 1 bad ad?

I tried to get an ad approved and it got denied right away. Well I noticed I was missing a period so I fixed it and reapplied. Denied. So I completely changed the content of the site and the wording (both diet related) and it got denied too. did that url get blacklisted? Should I just make a new suburl?
You need to double check the URL and cloak it properly, otherwise the ad will not work.

Facebook doesn’t typically “blacklist” a domain after a single disapproved ad, but repeated violations or patterns that trigger their automated review system can cause the domain to be flagged.

Connect the cloaca, change the URL, consider whether your creative and description will pass Facebook moderation.

You can test again with a new URL, if everything is fine then maybe your old URL was blocked

If your campaign is rejected too many times, your URL may be blacklisted.

Review the disapproval reason for your ad in Facebook Ads Manager.
Check your URL to see if it has been blacklisted.
If the old URL is problematic, you can create a new sub-URL, but you still need to make sure that your website content and ad are fully compliant with Facebook's policies.
Edit your ad to clarify and avoid violating advertising policies, especially for diet products.
