Hello,

I have recently bought an aged profile to run ads from since my personal profile got it's advertising access restricted.

I am wondering do I need to buy a new domain to run ads from, or is it safe to use the same domain Im using? I just dont want to get anything banned.

I read many mixed opinions of people on here agreeing and disagreeing to using the domain that was on a banned profile.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Facebook ban domain but account ban does not mean domain ban. Peoples do ads for others then how they do it?
You can check if the domain ban or not ban
Google it, you will find how to check.

yes they ban domains. a work around is having a host BM with all of your brand assets (page, pixel, domain). Do not use this host BM to run any ads from. Then use a secondary BMs to advertise from. If secondary BMs are banned, your host will still be fine. But yea definitely get a new domain.

How do you know they ban them? Where do you check if your domain is banned?

Try with new domain. It is possible that the old domain has been banned and has a bad influence.

Yes. Some years ago I had a .com domain ban on facebook. Unable to share, advertise, like it. Whatever I did for 6 months, I could not get it back. Then, I read somewhere a solution and I replicated. I send a classic paper letter to their HQ, proving/claiming that I am an innocent victim and they should unban me and let me spend my money on their platform. In 2 weeks time I was back in business!

It depends on if the domain was the cause of the ban. If the domain is legit but the account was banned for other reason, it won't be an issue. Technically an ad account can make ads for any single company. The "fishyness" of an account is unrelated with the trustworthyness of a domain.

Each new campaign should have a new domain. This is a safe path

Facebook bans domain very often if you are spamming. You can use the famous debugger tool https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ to check.
But once a domain is banned - there is very less chance to life the ban.

Hi! The only way out is to take everything new and not allow the intersection with the new account.

They can ban everything .. So ofc obviously!

from browser to the person to influence to hwid they ban! lol

Try changing to a new domain, they can also ban the facebook ad account too. Try to always have 2-3 other facebook ads account using facebook multipixel, so you won’t lose your pixel if you scale and see results

A banned ad account means making a new one in Business Manager and set up a payment method. It will help
