I got my account banned about a week ago and they still havent responded to my ticket. Should I just give up and start a new account? I wouldn't really care cause I only had like 1k likes on the page

It works but very few times , I would recommend you Give up and start a new account . Don't waste time !

Yes, it does work. My advert account got blocked and I got a replay in less than 3 days and I was good to go. However I am not really sure about personal accounts.

It does work but don't be surprised if they make you jump thru hoops and they won't tolerate frequent flyers.
