Any account can be banned. However agency accounts are stronger and higher appeal success rate. U need to have a good cloaking and have backup account reading

Any account can be banned. u need use strong account with spending history and find ways to hide it. U can rent an agent account, which is stronger and u will be given a replacement account if the current one gets banned

Meta agency ad accounts can get banned, but the main difference is that you can refund your money or replace the account and resume spending. Unlike normal accounts, where getting banned means starting from scratch.
