Does Facebook ads Agency Accounts Ban?

I actually want to purchase one meta agency account for facebook and instagram. I have few questions like whether these accounts are okay to run casino ads or black hat ads without getting suspended at all?

The only difference between agency/big accounts and regular accounts is that you get a dedicated account manager to unban you. But if you purchase an account, you'll unlikely get to talk with the account manager.

I don't think that will be possible since Facebook start banning all types of account, and specially you are going to run black hat ads...your ad account will definitely get flagged.

Any account can be banned but at this point we can appeal them very quickly with results
and in my opinion if you want to advertise them you need to be creative and cover up

Yes you can do that. But it's not all about ad account. For example, i have to ask my clients to change their creatives a bit, then the ads can be approved without any rejection. High quality accounts play an important role but it's not the whole thing.

Casino ads are a no go on Facebook. They are super on it when it comes to that stuff. Purchasing an agency account might be alright, just be sure to stay within their guidelines otherwise they'll ban it immediately. They have a lot of detection algorithms that are really hard to get past.
