Yeap, I'm wondering does exercise REALLY prevent cancer as those studies said.
I've been googling about it and reports always say things like "studies believes that lack of exercise might cause cancer".
Or is it just genetics?
What's your say?
EDIT: The main reason why I'm asking this because I've known people whom are physically active in sports and exercise; yet they contracted cancer. Some even stage 4 cancer. Thus, prompting me to start this thread... not because I just want to ask something stupid. lol.
