Nope. This is not an EMD, and you won't get the EMD bonus from it. Certainly better than not having your keywords in the domain at all, but not an EMD.

Are you sure about that?

I'd learned the opposite, that google ignored hyphens in domains.

i never use the '-' . if the domain is not available, i try to add an X to the end. i think thats a better way to go and better for seo

i have a few exact-match-domains.com/net/org ranked # 1. So yes, it works.

Exact Match Domain name means just that - an Exact match without the hyphens or any prefix, suffix etc.

May be you need to read my post here where I have explained about .info domains and I have also detailed one EMD with hyphen which will give you the answer of all your questions.
