Does everybody encounter Hcaptcha here?

Hi, I'd like to know please if everybody encounters an Hcaptcha after clicking on the reply button, it wasn't like that before so I wanna know is it somehow targeted or did Craigslist come up with a new update?
Here is an exmaple anybody interested:

do you get the reply button directly without needing to pass through Hcaptcha?

I did it over a TOR-EXITNODE I cant write anything it says the following "
An error has occurred.
"

There's no update.
Everything works in the old mode.
