Does erotic content downgrade my website ranking?

Hello guys.
Does erotic content make my site wortless for google?
I mean if a have a every day blog, with news, may be some wiki-like articles, online games, and so on, u know what i mean
and what if i publish erotic contents?
some like that: wikifeet.com

will my rankings get less important? May be erotic is not good for childreen and google will take my site in recycle bin in some kaywords relleated to children or so on....

If its a Erotic content, then google might filter it when someone is doing safe search, not otherwise.

Is a erotic content good ar make it ny sense for every day blog? also for example "how to" niche blog?
