yes it works.I have verified many paypal accounts using different entropay vcc

doesnt work for me

i think they require per vcc some input amount i think 20 $ from main cc

I will suggest you to add him: oshank [at] hotmail.com and buy a vcc for your paypal. I have purchased vcc for $8 last month and my paypal get verified successfully.

I need antropay because i would withdraw from paypal to the virtual card. And then order a Atm card to withdraw money from entropay..

How long does it take fro 4 digits code (transaction details) to appear?

Takes quite a while. From my experience, its 3 business days at least.

Entropay can be used, definitely. The only downside is the minimum to create a VCC (they allow you to create unlimited VCC) is $20.

it doesn't matter for 20$ for me. They can still be used to pay something else.

I say that because I have used the combo.

I am also having a proper CC which I do not want to use online, so this can be an easy secure option. HTH.
