Does Engagement Pods Still Work on LinkedIn?

Pods used to work, but now they’re mostly outdated.

IG’s algorithm is smart enough to detect fake/forced engagement, especially from the same group of accounts. Sometimes it can even hurt your reach instead of helping.

Better approach is:
→ Focus on real engagement (comments, shares, saves)
→ Strong hooks + watch time on reels
→ Organic audience interaction

Engagement pods on LinkedIn may still give a short-term boost, but they are mostly outdated in 2026 since the algorithm now prioritizes genuine engagement and can detect coordinated activity, which often leads to lower reach or weak long term growth.

I think pods still work a bit, but not as much as before. LinkedIn’s algorithm is smarter now, so it might get risky if you use them too much. Better to focus on real engagement.

Some people use pods to boost reach. Is this still effective or outdated?
Engagement pods can still give an initial push, but they are risky and less effective now. LinkedIn prioritizes authentic interactions and relevant audiences. Genuine comments and real connections consistently outperform pods for sustainable reach and long term visibility.

sadly linkds algo try to avoid them these days so while they might
work short term, long term its a nono

They can still boost visibility a bit, but the impact seems smaller now. Organic engagement and consistent posting usually work better long term.

Engagement pods can still give a short term boost in visibility, but the results do not seem as strong or consistent as before. Long-term, real organic engagement and content quality matter more on LinkedIn.

Engagement pods have become less effective over time because the algorithm now favors genuine interactions and relevant conversations over artificial engagement patterns.
