Does engagement matter for telegram rounds?

I have one account that has 5k followers but gets almost no likes on photos, but I recently started a new account which I'm trying to grow that's at around 300 followers. Could I use the 5k acc to like in the telegram rounds then have people like posts on my new account? I'm brand new here this is first post

Some groups will allow that. You just have to find them.
