Does Embedding videos from other sites put you at risk?

I'm going to make a porn site by embedding videos form other sites through kenplayer.
by embedding Copyrighted material and full movies from them.
Does that put me at risk for penalties or shut down?or the other sites take the responsibility?

Why would it get you at risk? what is your logic behind this? you know most of the big tubes even give you their xML file to insert the videos to your site right?

Yeah you can use a custom player with anti redirect function and its good

Remember to have your usual DMCA arrangements and even then accept the fact that these things will stay remain in the grey area.
