Can some big websites/platforms check the age of an email used to create an account? In order to create trust scores on these accounts.
And if so how?

If you use Signup with Google account option, some websites do what you said.

They have access to see age of email adress or some of it's cookies to see if it is real user.

Thanks, do you know of any good sellers of aged email accounts?
Dont need big quantities, just a few high quality aged emails to make social media and ecom accounts.
