Does Ebay Check The ISP ?!

Hello Guys, i want To Go Stealth. i have bought a proxy , it's all good, Fresh & Not Blacklisted.
But the Damn problem i have now is on the ISP, "Internet Service Provider".
Does Ebay Will Also Check My ISP Or they Will Just Check only My IP !
Because this Proxy is coming from a Company, and i have just googled the isp of the company i found in the first page that they said it's a fraud and something like that! it means if Ebay Just Googled this isp provider this will be really bad.

Do You Think Ebay is Checking the ISP As Well ?!

I think they do - that's one of the easiest ways to tell when something shady is going on. To be safe you should always take mobile / residential proxies for popular sites like eBay.
 
Non, they don't block thousands of others users in ISP network because of you.

* Make a browser and IP for each account and you will be 100% safe.

No, they dont look at your ISP, they just look that the ip shouldnt be the same.

You can belive me, they do not look at the ISP or most of the people would be banned. Just make sure you use a CLEAN IP(proxy, vpn or whatever you will use) and you will be fine.

Hello guys , i buy Vip72 and i creat VM on my laptop i creat more than 30 account on ebay , i check many ip in different website and i create account with good ip but when i list 1st or 2nd items i get suspende and he ask me about paypal but i dont have Vcc for every account , please i need some help to avoid suspension
