Does Ebay check our conversion rate ?

Hi,

I would like to use the ebay partner network to make some cash.
I'm able to get approximately 300 conversions per month, so it would make 6600 ? ... But does ebay check our conversion rate ? I mean, my conversion rate would be 100% because I want to put ads in a dedicated page of my website talking about ebay where I send my friend asking them to sign up.

Another question if you agree, my 300 friends will just sign up and will put a bidding on my own object to never come back so do you think that ebay will see they loose lot of money with me (no one will buy something) ? Can they attack me in justice? I found a tramp to whom I can send the money on the bank account and then to thus recover it I do not think that they will be able to find me...

Thank you very much, and please excuse my english, I'm from Belgium : )

I am no expert but I don't think that your earnings will make it through verification and payout. Please wait for an opinion from more experienced users. This is just my .01

Thank you for your reply, I want to try but I haven't got time to loose if it doesn't work...
