Does Ebay allow this?

My friend got a Dutch ebay account (Im also dutch) And I want to use it and take over the account.

I want to change the nickname, and change all personal information into mine.

Does Ebay allow this or they going to close the account and say 'Go make your own account'?

Basically they'll close it. You have to make your own account, and if you change absolutely EVERYTHING they WILL be alerted and you WILL be shut down. Plus I don't think you can even change the 'nickname' or userID.
