Ok so here is the case:
Three duplicated articles (there's more of them, but for simplicity's sake) on subdomains
https://bratislava.virtualne.sk/spravodajstvo/na-kopci-za-obcou-hrabusice-zacali-horiet-kriky-a-trava-hasicom-komplikuje-pracu-vietor.html
https://snina.virtualne.sk/spravodajstvo/na-kopci-za-obcou-hrabusice-zacali-horiet-kriky-a-trava-hasicom-komplikuje-pracu-vietor.html
https://poprad.virtualne.sk/spravodajstvo/na-kopci-za-obcou-hrabusice-zacali-horiet-kriky-a-trava-hasicom-komplikuje-pracu-vietor.html
Google shows in SERP only two of them (bratislava, snina).

I understand that duplicated content is not penalized by Google, only is basically overlooked and Google shows only the first domain with that content it indexed.
So if I get a backlink from poprad subdomain do I still get passed link juice from the link, even if the page is not showing in SERP (but presumably is being indexed)?
