I'm thinking on getting a " .club" or " . company" or ".reviews" extension for my new domain .

Will I rank the same way as I would with ".com" or ".net" ?

do .com... been working with .io, IME not the same as .com...

I would always choose .review over any .com domain for affliate sites.

From SEO point of view, it doesn't matter. They all rank the same.

From brandability point of view, pick whatever sounds better to you.

Again, this has been discussed here at least a hundred times.

Domain extension doesn't matter as per SEO point of view. You can buy and rank any domain extension with enough budget.
Buy whatever sounds good to you.

From my personal experience, I can say .com is much better than any other.

Domain extension doesn't affect you ranking but I would advice you to go with the old school .com domain.

Depends on what you're trying to do. For SEO, use .com. If you're just sending traffic through ads or social, it does not matter.

People saying .host , .love or what ever doesn't work like .com in terms of ranking or whatever, they are little misguided

Brandability matters to me. If you can relate, go for .com.

Else, you can go with whatever you want.

One of my friends was earning using an .review domain where I had lots of .com laying around.

The bottom line: don't stress over and get tangled into selecting the domain name.
