Content and traffic seem to be the main factors for Adsense approval in my experience. However, I do not create content-based sites on new domains at all, they're all aged/dropped/expired. So indirectly, I suppose they do provide impact.

In my opinion, domain age does matter. It's better to apply for Google AdSense after 2-3 months to increase the chances of approval. In the meantime, focus on quality content, website user experience, and compliance.

Make sure you have at least 15–20 well-written, original articles (1,000+ words each) and avoid anything that violates AdSense policies. Also, ensure your site is easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and has decent traffic signals — even if small. So yes, a 4–5 day old domain can get approved as long as everything else checks out.
