Although both are necessary for success.
There comes a time when you are working but not bound by the time when you get tired and quit work.
But if you are disciplined, slowly your body will adjust or get used to it. You don't feel tired. This will result in more confidence in your personality and whatever you do We do it with dedication.
It means that you need discipline more than success.
If you want to understand this better. Then prayer is the best example.
Allah has guaranteed us success by offering Namaz with time restrictions. It is not that we have ever offered Namaz. That is, it will not be our will.
Performing prayer five times a day makes you a disciplined person.
Therefore, have a disciplined life with prayer. And then use this attitude in your work. Set a time to decide whether you like it or not, you should do it every day on time. On this routine Stay firm then see which of your dreams don't come true.
What do you think?

When bill gates started microsoft, he spent 8 weeks sleeping at his keyword while he worked on the language basic.

So that's the extreme side of things. Motivation takes motive. With that comes the drive to do work. As you realize how crap you are at work first, you develop the discipline to help raise your game and paycheck. Everyone starts with equal motivation, as we all learned to walk around the age of 2! :D

Take this scenario : Mr.A is not disciplined and does not know how to work. What should he first learn ?
Should he first learn how to be disciplined or should he first learn how to work ?

If you have a job then 99% of the time you're trying to fool customers. No real life job exists that follow moral discipline.

You develop both over time.

just start, every day make sure you do something. Even if it’s small you have to do something, this means every day you make progress even if it’s small, over time you increase your workload and are consistent and have fallen in love with the process.

You just have to relocate and make yourself work. Discipline helps work, and work helps discipline. I think they are equally important, personally for me it is)
