i want know Does Directory Submission works this days to boost Ranking ? if yes what's best tool for it ?

Not to Boost Ranking, but for New Websites. It is Still Good to get One Way Directories Links 1st, then Move to Other type of links.

Its been working extremely well for me but only in small doses.

Mass blasting your link to hundreds of free directories does not seem to give much of a boost. But if you hadn select directories which;

1)Place your link on a page with Pagerank
2)Have significant Pagerank (4+)
3) Manually review links
4) abide by Google's guidelines

Then you will see a nice boost in rankings after using it.

I've got my own list of good directories which i've seen a boost with, let me know if you want them.

Sometimes you should build a link not for its direct boost in ranking but to just make your linkbuilding look natural and diversified. Directories may be useful but only if you blast to high PR directories like said above. I personally use them only for anchor diversity.
In conclusion, when you build links from different platforms with the right anchor diversity you should see sticky and great rank improvement.

it's much better to submit to a handful of authoritative directories than to buy one of those services that promise to "Submit to 40,000 Directories!" Would you like to share your own high quality directories? Thanks

You should post in local directories only and not in web directories.
