im thinking of starting to use dial up for internet in addition to what i already use now to make more stealth accounts

my question is does dial up internet use dynamic ip's?

Yes, ISPs usually assign dynamic IPs to dial-up users.

i was looking to buy one of those MI FI adapter things, is this what you mean? and how do you get it to renew your ip does it happen each reboot?

The last three digits (characters) of my IP address changes every time I reboot/reconnect to my MiFi/Wi-Fi device/broadband dongle.
