Does Delicious Really worth for IM

As the title says, I want to know does it really worth promoting my websites and blogs, I see very less views and links in their categories.

and If it's worth marketing than what techniques should I use to promote my website

I think that Delicious can help you in IM! Maybe for increasing traffic,etc. actually not confirmed.. :s
