Does crying a river work?

Did it ever happen to you, that instagram automatically kicked you out of your accs on the phone, while using 5 multiple accs? Well.. I didnt do anything and out of nowhere, IG kicked me out of ALL accounts.. Some times before it was only 1 acc that got logged out, but lately it were all 5..
So yeah. As lucky as I am, they kicked me out of my 85k account, I was pretty sure about the password to log back in. I tried out everything but it didnt work.. I cant even recognize the email I used to create. On the page of IG they tell that youre basically fucked once this happens, but..
Could I write them, telling my story, saying that I have suicidical thoughts because I've lost an acc just because of their Bug? lol
I know.. I cant really prove the ownershio of the account, but arent they able to look up IP adresses or stuff like that? The ID of the device I use/d?
I know that I'm basically fucked and lost the account. But maybe someone made experience with that?

No I so sorry but it won't work. Hackers used to tell stories like this so they cannot tell if you are the right person.
Yes technically they could look up IPs and stuff but in fact they don't have to and they don't care about you.
I know your work got fucked up but the faster you realize this and move on the better. Just learn this hard lesson and keep track of your accounts (in excel or notepad or wherever).
P.S. Though try ur luck you will lose nothing, maybe they have some sort of solution. Were these accounts PVA and if so, do you have access to the cell phone number?

Yeah that happens from time to time they log out accounts.
You should have kept a record of the accounts so that you can reaccess them easily when needed.

I've been locked out of an account for months now. I know the password, but when I login it asks for me to provide a 6digit verification code that they are sending by email. The email never comes. I get all other emails from instagram (so i know my email on file is correct and working), but just not the 6 digit code lol. Fuck them

I assume you're using a Gmail account, this happened to me as well and it was easy in my case. open up gmail and click on the "important" folder and if that doesn't work try the "All mail" folder. hope it works out for you.

@OP: If you bought the account, maybe the seller knows the email of creation... if you didn't buy it and have made it yourself you should've kept an excel file or something like that :/
If you're not sure which email out of many you used, try logging them one by one and checking their inbox, it should contain a message from IG with your account name.
