Does crak revenue throttle ppl leads?

I was getting great sing ups for several days on a new creative I was trying with them. for 3 days in a row then suddenly it went down to 0 for two days and now its only a couple sign ups per day.

Maybe just my luck has changed.

heh well at least i know im not alone. How much traffic do you send per day for how much average leads?

For me it is 800-1k twitter traffic and I was getting $5-10 per day but been getting nada these past days.

I was figuring if I scaled to 2-3k a day Id reach my goal of $20 per day. But seems it wont be so simple.
 
I don't know if they throttle that but I know that after making a certain amount if they feel the leads you bring them on spending money they'll send and email stating the won't pay you for PPL leads.

Ive tried pps a little and got a couple of converts so I am getting some. The question is whehter its ever possible to make more on ppl vs pps. Ie if you only convert x amount does it mean they throttle your leads to reflect that if you happened to be getting more $ in ppl than pps.

Im too impatient for pps I like to see the constant stream from ppl even if its only a couple of dollars. It reminds me of what Im fighting for whereas it can go a week with no convert on pps and I never have an idea if it will come, if its just aorund the corner or it it will never come.

If I was doing many thousands of uniques a day sure but not at my small traffic.

I guess Ill shop aorund networks again and see if I notice different. Not tried chaturbate for ages and they used to convert good for me.
 
PPL is just the door to PPS. You test your traffic with PPL, but ultimately, what you want (and what CR wants) is PPS.
CR don't care about PPL because announcers pay them on a PPS basis (someone correct me if I'm wrong). So basically if your PPL convertion to PPS is under 1:30, they will consider your traffic shitty and witch you to a PPS model.

For clarification here, if the free registration (PPL) leads we're paying you for aren't quality, aren't resulting in any conversions behind-the-scenes, we would indeed request that you no longer promote PPL.


We actually covered the topic of PPL in depth before - here's an excerpt from a behind-the-scenes "FYI" post we did on PPL here:
In essence, a PPL program is a calculated risk exercise for a sponsor which, when correctly planned and executed, can prove to be a serious win-win arrangement for both parties, sponsor and affiliates.

For the affiliates: they get paid for each lead, which allows them to cash their earnings quickly. No need to wait for conversions or rebills. It's paid upfront in full trust that leads will convert according to a predetermined ratio. WIN.

For the sponsor: if a cost per acquisition target has been properly set, the leads convert at the expected ratio and, unlike revshare, future rebill revenues are kept as a bonus for the risk assumed by fronting the money in the first place. WIN.

Not necessarily! We value love all kinds of traffic if it's quality, and payout models too :)

Although Revshare and PPS models have the least risk involved from a sponsor/network standpoint. For these payouts, we pay when $$$ is spent. Remember, PPL in a sense is paid up front without any info or knowledge whether that lead will ever spend money.

Didnt really address my OP at all, just the classic misdirection trick. :) Though I accept of course you don't want to say you throttle your leads. :)

I just looked at my ratios and a week or two ago I was on ~1/120 and now suddenly 1/600!

Though Im not necessarily crying foul. I know crak is a good professional company just find it very strange why the sudden change.

i have worked with crak for a while now and though I don't have the answer to your original question I would really consider switching to PPS. I used to promote PPL and as they didn't ask me to stop promoting PPL I knew that some customers was spending so I switched to PPS.
Granted, some days are crap with little leads but other days (most days) are rewarding in the PPS game.
I would advise testing at least for a week or so.

Looks like you have alot more traffic than me, what is your traffic source? I only send 800-1k per day of social traffic so conversion is low any which way.

I have done pps for a week before. Ive got the odd one or two from random redirects of my ppl but that week I got one in 20 mins of switching thinking great here comes the money! then I didnt get anyhting for the rest of the week.

As I see it you couldnt get LESS money with pps could you because if you were you would be switched off of ppl. So I imainge they wouldnt tell you if you were making them hundreds of sign ups while still on ppl, they would be happy paying you the lower rate. I check it out every now and then and will do again but I want to be getting a couple of thousand uniques a day so I feel more confident about it converting more regular.

I see it like picking up women. Always a numbers game. Im sure some can convert better than others but I dont feel I have enough traffic to give each one a fair trial within a reasonable amount of time.

I guess my overall idea is to get steady earnings from ppl before swithcing properly to pps. because currently its still only dribs and drabs. sometimes 2, 4, 0, 15 etc.

I am making 4-5x less than in august. I was assuming it was because summer ended. Unless new owner is a shaving fan
 
Probably just a change of luck tbh lol. Look back at your stats and see where the problem is, or could just be a hiccup in traffic. Crakrevenue is a pretty good aft network Ive been using them for a few months.

I thought it might be cos the traffic isnt unique but I use statcounter and it only shows uniques.

I agree it might just be a change in luck since the sample size was pretty small for this new offer I was promoting. I had used it for less than a week in totall but every day Id start id immediately get a rush of sign ups and go to another for a day or two and back again Id get sign ups. But then I get a sudden drought now. :(

Anyway Im tempted to say its not crak's fault because I went to chaturbate today to test and not getting signs there either. And to add to that they are only registering 1/4 of the traffic that crak does :D. Dunno wtf is up with that.

So it puts my mind at ease at least. it gets rid of the 'grass is always greener' idea which kept niggling my mind. Crak has loads of good offers/creatives and they seem to really put effort in to the landing pages whereas most others only half ass it so I like them in general.

So Ill just focus on boostin my traffic up.
 
It's the time of year where people ar back to school.

Some people don't jerk off in classrooms you know ;).

Compare demographic information to matter such as lifestyles and quantity of income so you can best figure out how you can calculate their spending or other noted material.

The 3 busiest months are coming up (oct-nov-dec) so we will see some money rollin' in! :D Keep it up! I love crakrevenue, wouldn't switch for a world. Yes, it is up sometimes in daily earnings, sometimes a little down, but at the end of the month it always comes out right. :)
 
I wondered if people are less horny now it's not so hot any more. :) i know im more horny in summer. Though i dont see why I am still getting the same click throughs without the sign ups.

Anyhow like I said chaturbate was way worse seemed to shave 3/4 of my traffic :D so I guess you gotta take the rough with the smooth.

I wonder if hes promoting to the same people over and over... that would explain why the signup-ratio is going down.
