Does conversion rate matter in the Amazon Affiliate program?

Hope I am posting this to the right place but any way, I want to put my own pop up ad on my Amazon affiliate sites that opens up my amazon affiliate link. So pretty much every one going to my sites gets the 24 hour cookie. I was just wondering if the low conversion rate with the high amount of clicks can get you kicked off the Amazon affiliate program?

That's cookie stuffing and they will certainly ban your account. In fact, the super-low conversion you're concerned about would be a tell-tale sign of cookie stuffing.
