Does Cold Email Not Work Anymore?

Cold email still works smarter spam filters just block most low-quality campaings.

Cold email definitely still works. I think the main difference now is targeting and personalization, generic mass emails are much easier to ignore, while a relevant offer sent to the right person can still get replies.
