Hi guys,
I was wondering if sending bulk cold emails help with getting Fiverr orders. I have seen some people having success with Fiverr and cold emails. I wanted to try it out. Has anyone of you tried it?

We find clients at the guesthouse with cold mailing, but we haven’t tried it through the Fiverr. I think the theory needs to be tested. Send 100 emails and see the response conversion rate.

If you have a right list and audience interest surely its good way to market your services.

Good luck :)

It depends on who you're mailing. Random people that never asked to be mailed by you? That's spam and can get you banned on multiple platforms.

I don't know if cold emailing works, but I read at a time that Facebook groups worked well, when you post your gigs to related groups

I can tell you from personal experience that you’ll get banned from Fiverr. A lot of people get annoyed with the spam and start reporting your gig.

If you have the ability to sell using your own website, it's better.

People may end up, buying from other Fiverr sellers.

Just bumping this.

I've noticed people are using affiliate links to promote their own gigs.

The thinking behind it?

If you use a different account (affiliate account) to promote your own Gigs, it comes across as if somebody else is promoting your work - not you.
