Does closing FL and keeping it on 24/7 make a difference?

Question is in title already.
If i leave FL on 24/7, then the bot will stop sometime because the daily limits are reached.
If i stop FL and turn off my PC, will Followliker start from 0 again? Or from where it stopped the last time?
I ask this because my settings for Unfollowing are "unfollow after 3 days". Will it unfollow after 3 days, even if i turned off my Computer for a day? Or does it unfollow after 72 hours of actively running Followliker?

It will unfollow after 3 days, not after running FL for 72 hours. And it will start where it last stopped, it won't start from 0. It keeps data/logs. Just make sure you don't shut down your computer while FL is running, because it could corrupt some of the files which could cause FL to not start anymore.
